Thomas Dixon – November UK
“The room was exactly as described, it was HUGE spotlessly clean and tidy as was the whole property. Lorna was such a gracious host, very friendly but also respectful of my privacy which allowed for me to enjoy the best of both worlds during my stay. Lorna’s property Tranquility Estate is truly a beautiful place to behold. Nestled at the top of Jacks hill with an outstanding view of Kingston (truly something to behold at night with all the lights).
Her cooking is really fantastic and after a couple of her cooked meals I decided that I wanted to learn myself and took her up on the ‘Survival’ cooking course which was really great!”

“Lorna really went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible during our stay at Tranquility Estate, awesome name by the way since it truly was a tranquil experience. It was lovely to get away from the intense heat of Kingston and sit on the veranda with the cool breeze sipping a glass of wine. We haven’t had such a peaceful time on holiday for years.
Thank you so much for your hospitality we have highly recommended you to our family and friends and hope to come back and see you soon.”

“My wife and I really enjoyed our stay with Lorna. She was very respectful and welcoming. I can’t recommend Tranquility Estate enough.”

“Tranquility Estate is a delightful B&B just outside of the hustle and bustle of Kingston – a short jaunt up to Skyline Close. My sister and I spent two nights at the Estate during our visit to Kingston, and had a wonderful experience. The fresh air and cool breeze of the hills was refreshing; not to mention the amazing views of the city! Lorna, our host, is very warm and welcoming! She was accommodating to all of our needs. Our room was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needs. There was fresh fruit, muffins, and bottled water waiting for us upon arrival. We especially enjoyed the sense of privacy we got, as I find it’s often lost at B&Bs with many shared spaces. The neighborhood was scenic and seemingly safe! We were able to come and go easily. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely return to Tranquility Estate for a second visit! Side note: If you’re interested in reggae, roots, or culture music- or are just looking for a good place to hold a vibe, Dub Club is open every Sunday night and is just a five minute drive up the road.”
